Option 1: Full Service (Includes Washing)

Reusable instruments are washed in our validated washer disinfectors, packed to your specifications, and steam sterilised.

Option 2: Partial Service (Excludes Washing)

For practices that wash instruments in-house, we offer a lower-cost option that includes packing and steam sterilisation only.

Please note: For partial service, you are responsible for washing your instruments. Smith Sterilising can only guarantee that sterilisation parameters have been met.

 

What’s Included

• All packs and trays are issued with a batch sticker linked to the sterilising load

• Each cycle is documented and recorded by our trained staff

• We provide transport boxes and log sheets for tracking and packing instructions

• Courier collection is available between 8–11am, with return delivery the following morning

• Pickups must be booked by 7:30am on the day required

• Standard turnaround: 24 hours
